I did this by adding a plastic project box to the left side of the keyboard to house the slew-limiter's PCB, patch-point jacks, and the 'down-both-up' switch. The 'on' LED of the slew was added to the keyboard panel, as well as the 'amount' pot, an on/off switch, and a momentary on/off switch. The location of the on/off switches & the 'amount' knob allows playing the lower octave of the keyboard, and operating the controls with your left hand simultaneously.
